50% Payment upon confirmation; final 50% 60 days prior to arrival (90 days during Christmas season). All payments are non- refundable. If we are able to rebook your space, half of your deposit will be refunded. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Transportation to and from the Ranch should be by Rental Car, available at Denver or Colorado Springs Airport. Four Wheel Drive will be necessary in the winter.

Because of the inherent dangers and risks of all activities during the summer and winter a disclaimer of liability will be required and signed with deposit.

Because of the wildlife surrounding the Ranch we are unable to allow pets during your stay. Violation of this policy will forfeit security deposit.

No smoking is allowed inside the lodge, if you must smoke it must be confined to the outside deck area. Violation of this policy will forfeit security deposit. Please remember that you are at high altitude here and alcohol can cause dehydration and altitude sickness.

Credit Card information is requested for damage/property loss and telephone charges. Elk Ridge Ranch is authorized to charge up to $1500 in property damages or loss occurring during rental occupancy.
